"Oh, these were your eggs?"

Yeah, getting caught stealing lizalfos eggs is probably quite bad for your health...

I wanted to do a drawing of some enemy characters from Twilight Princess interacting. I imagine species like bokoblins and lizalfos don't always get along

Quite a big improvement you made over your previous one. I really like the dynamic you have here as well. My only critique would be the feet of the lizalfos. Positioning seems a bit weird.

I struggled with getting those right for a couple of hours, but eventually decided to just place some grass in front of them so it wouldn't be too obvious ;)

Seems legit :D Sucks that I'm a bit neurotic about anatomy though :\

I did have a reference pic for the pose, but not for the feet. IMO the biggest problem is the lighting on the right leg. Should probably be darker since it's further away/ not in direct sunlight

Wow I never considered that...now I can see lizalfos and bokoblins having a relationship kinda like lions and hyenas. Lizalfos would hunt large animals that travel in herds, and sometimes bokoblins would come and scavenge after the prey is killed. Only I dont think hyenas kill lion cubs...

I wonder if lizalfos protect their young after they hatch, or just guard their nests? Alligators and crocodiles carry the babies to the water and that's the end of it. Some dinosaurs are thought to have been good parents like birds, and feed and raise the young. Most reptiles today don't do either. They just lay their eggs and leave them there. But from the looks of this pic, lizalfos are good parents at least for a little while.

actually, hyenas do kill lion cubs if given half a chance

and seeing how lizalfos have clothing, shields, weapons, even armor and such skills are difficult to learn/ reinvent on one's own, I'm thinking they not only raise their young, but also at the very least teach them such skills. Perhaps there are even family groups or small tribes?
